A liquid foam that expands on contact and hardens into a solid layer. It insulates and air-seals at the same time, filling gaps that other materials leave open.

Sealing the openings where pipes, wires, and ducts pass through fire-rated walls and floors. These penetrations are gaps in a fire barrier. Firestopping closes them with rated materials to slow the spread of fire and smoke.

Proper firestopping keeps your fire-rated assemblies intact and your project compliant. We install to spec and to code so inspections go smoothly the first time.
A barrier, usually a polyethylene sheet, installed to control the movement of moisture through walls and ceilings. It keeps humid indoor air from reaching cold surfaces inside the assembly, where it would otherwise condense.

Moisture control protects the building envelope from the damage that comes with trapped humidity, including mould and rot. Installed correctly, a vapour barrier is one of the quietest but most important parts of a healthy wall.
Firm insulation boards fastened to the outside or inside of a structure to create a continuous layer of insulation across the surface, not just between the framing.
Walls and foundations where continuous insulation is needed to reduce heat loss through the framing itself.
